FY 2026 Training Year In Review

Return to Annual Report

In 2026, TEAM welcomed two very important people from a training perspective. First, Vicki Malko, joined the organization as Director of State Certification. Vicki also serves as in-house Master Trainer. She conducted the majority of the virtual Instructor Development Program (IDP) workshops over the last 12 months. Next, Jessie Brady (Las Vegas Raiders) joined the cadre of Master Trainers in 2026.

In addition to certifying 173 trainers, and nearly 38,000 employees in TEAM’s effective alcohol management program, a major accomplishment for this fiscal year is the new introduction video for TEAM training. This was a top priority for Chloe Janfaza (Las Vegas Raiders) when she became Training Committee Chair in FY 2025.

The 37,893 employees certified in 2026 represents a 5% decrease from the previous fiscal year. Online certification represents 69% of all employee TEAM certification in 2026.
