FY 2026 Governance & Finance Year In Review

2026 STATEMENT OF ACTIVITIES

Fiscal Year 2026 ended with -$131,752 in net income. Expenses were under budget by almost $25,000, including the $20,000 spent on the new training video created during the fiscal year. The shortfall for the fiscal year came on the revenue side. Sales of online employee certification were $75,000 under budget (down 25% from FY 2025 sales volume). And only half of the anticipated membership dues were collected.

2026 STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION

TEAM did not have to make any investments in inventory (Trainer Binders or Participant Manuals) in fiscal year 2026. The purchases made in FY 2025 fulfilled all training orders for the year. There are currently 20,000 Participant Manuals (19,000 English and 1,000 Spanish) and over 400 Trainer Binders in inventory. That should be sufficient for the fiscal year ending on 9/30/2027. The next major investment in inventory will most likely be in FY 2028.

TEAM Coalition has no debt on the balance sheet, only short term liabilities.

2026 EMPLOYEE CERTIFICATION SALES

TEAM training customers purchased more than 41,000 products to certify venue employees during the fiscal year. 65% of those products were accesses to online employee training and certification. The spike in participant manual sales in September 2026 was the result of a Buy 200, Get 100 sale TEAM offered the week before and after Labor Day.

4 YEAR HISTORY OF EMPLOYEE CERTIFICATION SALES

The 4-year average for online accesses purchased is 28,850. And for participant manuals, it is 16,400. In FY 2026, TEAM’s employee certification sales numbers were below both those averages. The sales growth trend from FY 2023 through FY 2025 did not continue in FY 2026. As a result, we have adjusted the FY 2027 budget accordingly.
