As a non-profit organization, TEAM strives to offer sports and entertainment professionals the most comprehensive and up-to-date training program in effective alcohol management. The online TEAM training database allows certified TEAM Trainers and online training Points of Contact to view the certification history for all the staff members. Enhancements are constantly being added, check back to this page to learn about the latest features added to the TEAM training program. TEAM Coalition Training Fact Sheet (PDF)
- TEAM Trainer certification is a two (2) year period. Trainers may re-certify online every other certification period as long as they have certified at least 80 participants or trained a minimum of four (4) sessions. Click here to see the prices for becoming a certified TEAM trainer.
- TEAM Employee certification is a three (3) year period. Employees may only re-certify by participating in either an in-person training session or completing online TEAM training on the Brainshark platform and passing the certification exam.
- TEAM participant manuals are available in English and Spanish. Click here to see the manual prices.
- All orders of 500 TEAM participant manuals or more will earn one complimentary TEAM trainer registration.
- Any participant exams received on photocopied forms will be invoiced at $20 each. The labor and time involved in grading photocopied exams is significant. It slows down the time to process all exams received. Please ensure you have enough TEAM Participant Manuals for your training session. Please contact TEAM Coalition immediately if you do not have enough exams to allow all participants to take the certification test.
- TEAM offers the electronic certification cards. PDF pages of certification cards (10 per page) are shared with trainers along with an Excel report of all training results for every in-person training session taught. For online training, Points of Contact receive weekly reports with PDF certification cards and an Excel report updating the test activity from the last 7 days.
- Trainers can use the online training database to search for any individual who is TEAM-certified, confirm the expiration date of the person’s certification and print a copy of the person’s certification card, even if the person was TEAM trained by another trainer.
- TEAM training exam questions (including Level 1 and Level 2, and extra state-specific questions) are available in large font.
- Please place online manual orders here! All orders placed online will be invoiced after shipment has been made. Credit card payments are also now accepted by the online system.
- The TEAM Training Introduction Video answers the crucial question of why anyone working in a large-scale facility should become certified in TEAM’s alcohol management training program. It is available online and can be downloaded and added directly to the TEAM Training PowerPoint Presentation.
