The cost to access the TEAM Independent Server Certification program is $20. The online training presentation takes approximately 2 hours to view. The certification test has 30 questions. To pass the test, you must answer at least 21 out of 30 questions correctly for a minimum score of 70%. TEAM certification is good for 3 years.

Before you purchase, please confirm with your employer or volunteer organization that TEAM Training will meet their requirements.

Once TEAM has confirmed that you have finished the training and passed the certification test, you will receive your results and certification card within 5 business days.
