While the TEAM training program is used primarily by concessions companies and facility management companies operating hundreds of sports and entertainment facilities across North America, we do offer a program for individuals to purchase their own TEAM training certification.

Companies and Venues that DO NOT Accept independent Server Certification
If you choose to purchase the independent server certification program, you must view the online training presentation (approximately 90 minutes) and pass the certification test (answering at least 21 out of 30 questions correctly for a minimum score of 70%). TEAM certification is good for 3 years. The cost to access the training product is $20.
Please first check with your employer or volunteer organization that TEAM Training will meet their requirements.
Please enter your contact information below and pay via Venmo to receive access to the training. You will receive a confirmation email in 1-2 business days with directions to complete the training.
Once TEAM has confirmed that you have completed the training, you will receive your results and certification card within 5 business days.
