RBS Alcohol Server Training

Beginning July 1, 2022 all California alcohol servers must complete training from a Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) approved course. TEAM is an approved RBS training provider.

TEAM Training is the provider your employer has selected for your RBS training. Please follow the steps below. If you have any questions, please email info@teamcoalition.org.

If you are a server looking to become RBS certified, please follow the steps below.

1. Register and apply to be an alcohol server on the RBS portal https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov/.

2. Pay $3 directly to RBS. Visa and MasterCard only.

3. Send your Server ID number to your facility trainer.

4. Attend a TEAM Training session. Afterwards, look in your email inbox for a message from RBS. That will be your notice that you can take the exam.

5. Send screenshot of proof of certification to trainer.
