Online Level 2 (for alcohol servers) represents 66% of all employee TEAM certification in 2024.

Employee Certification represents 71% of TEAM’s total annual revenue. After the 30% drop in manual sales last fiscal year, the manual sales volume in 2024 was almost identical to the previous year. The 30,820 online accesses purchased represents three-quarters of all employee certifications in 2024.
