Vote Protocol

  • Quorum of members must participate: 12 of 22 member organizations
  • To pass, simple majority must affirm: 7 of 12
  • One vote per member organization
  • Votes must be received by Monday 11/16/20 at 5 PM ET

Context

Please share your vote to elect the Treasurer, Secretary and Membership Committee Chair. These positions will serve on the Board of Directors. Click on the links below for more information.

The results of election will be announced to the membership via email on Tuesday, 11/17/20. They will be reported publicly in the December TEAM newsletter which will be issued on Monday, 12/14/20.
