Next Steps

1. Submit your information in the form below (First Name, Last Name, and Email).
2. Within 24 hours or one business day, you will receive an email from support@proctorfree.com.
3. Follow the instructions to create your ProctorFree account and enroll in the Aramark USC course.
4. Once enrolled, download and install the ProctorFree desktop application (Provided in the course).
5. Complete the built-in system check, identity verification, and then take the proctored test.

Important Technical Requirements

You will need the following to successfully take the proctored exam:

• Computer: A laptop or desktop computer (Windows 10+ or macOS 11+). No Chromebooks, tablets, iPads, or mobile devices are supported.
• Webcam & Microphone: Built-in or external webcam with microphone.
• Internet Connection: Stable high-speed connection with at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. Tethering and mobile hotspots are not recommended.
• Power: Plug your computer into a power source (do not run on battery only).

These requirements will be automatically checked when you download and run the ProctorFree application after enrolling.

Tips for a Smooth Testing Experience

• Find a quiet, well-lit room with no one else present.
• Close all other programs and disable notifications.
• Run the system check in the ProctorFree app before starting your exam.
• Plan for the full exam time plus 15–30 minutes for setup and verification.
