Thank you for participating in TEAM training.

Once you complete the training and pass the test you will be TEAM certified for 3 years. The cost to access the training product is $20.

Please enter your contact information below and pay via Venmo to receive access to the training. You will receive a confirmation email in 1-2 business days with directions to complete the training. Once TEAM has confirmed that you have completed the training,  you will receive your results and certification card within 5 business days.
