TEAM Coalition recognized twelve Delaware North Sportservice locations at the company’s general managers meeting on Thursday April 21, 2016 in Buffalo, NY. Company-wide, Delaware North certified a record 8,723 employees and non-profit volunteers in TEAM Coalition’s alcohol management training program in 2015. TEAM Coalition recognizes all organizations who certify significant numbers of employees each year.
The Championship Performance award is given to food and beverage providers at NFL stadiums and MLB ballparks when 1,000 or more employees are TEAM certified during the year. The award is earned by MLS stadiums and NBA or NHL arenas when 500 or more employees are TEAM certified. The following Sportservice accounts earned TEAM’s Championship Performance Award in 2015:
- Amalie Arena (home to the Tampa Bay Lightning)
- MetLife Stadium (home to the New York Giants and New York Jets)
- Petco Park (home to the San Diego Padres)
- Progressive Field (home to the Cleveland Indians)
- Qualcomm Stadium (home to the San Diego Chargers)
- Ralph Wilson Stadium (home to the Buffalo Bills)
- Red Bull Arena (home to the New York Red Bulls)
The Excellent Performer award is given to food and beverage providers at NFL stadiums and MLB ballparks when 500 or more employees are TEAM certified during the year. The award is earned by MLS stadiums and NBA or NHL arenas when 250 or more employees are TEAM certified. The following Sportservice accounts earned TEAM’s Championship Performance Award in 2015:
- Busch Stadium (home to the St. Louis Cardinals)
- Lambeau Field (home to the Green Bay Packers)
- Miller Park (home to the Milwaukee Brewers)
- Target Center (home to the Minnesota Timberwolves)
- Target Field (home to the Minnesota Twins)
